The registering contact person is asked to inform the participants concerned about their registration, the processing of their personal data and this Privacy Policy.
The data is processed solely for the intended organisational and event-related purposes unless another legal basis applies.
6. Storage and Publication of Participant Data
Complete registration data is generally retained for a maximum of three years after the relevant event, insofar as this is necessary for organisation, follow-up activities or legitimate record-keeping purposes.
After that period, the data is deleted or anonymised unless statutory retention obligations or other legal grounds require longer storage.

Publication serves to ensure the transparent conduct of competitions, inform participants and document sporting results.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest), provided that the interests and rights of the individuals concerned do not override this interest.
Start lists and results lists may also be archived and remain publicly accessible after the relevant event, provided that an appropriate legal basis exists.
Individuals may contact info@jaegerbiathlon.it with questions about publication or to object to it.
Fully anonymised statistics may be retained indefinitely.

They may be published in particular through the following channels:

When content is published on social networks, personal data may be processed by the respective platform operators. This may also involve the transfer of personal data to countries outside the European Union.
Published recordings may be archived for longer periods as part of the documentation of our events, provided that an appropriate legal basis exists.
Individuals may contact info@jaegerbiathlon.it with questions about the use of their images, to exercise their data protection rights or to object to processing.
Consent may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
